I had this doubt since the region where I live is hit with cold blow of winds. I don't want to get sick and avoid deity workship. Somebody who knows about this , please clarify it in all possible ways .

If you have dryness we apply coconut oil to the body and take a bath. Applying coconut oil 30 min before bath sitting in the sun and taking a warm shower gives a smooth glowing skin. After bath you can pray.

Hare Krishna mataji,
Is there any restriction to apply oil for hair and body for a day for those who do deity workship at ISKCON mataji?. Because Now it has become too dry that atleast for one day I have the leave the oil no matter how much water I drink.
This won't go one for too long but until I get well.Please clarify my doubts mataji.

No problem Krishna can understand all your problems.
You can apply coconut oil, instead of all these moisturizers which may contain animal fat for making greese.
Pls. use plant based oil like coconut oil to your body and do deity service not an a issue at all.
