If you want to follow celibacy, then you have to be a Brahmacari. Grihasta life means produce Krsna conscious children. Like we all know, regardless of our sadhana, no yagya purush will appear from the fire to give a pot of payasam to be fed to your wife to make her carry.
If you are serious, think about becoming a brahmacari. It would not be fair to the girl you marry if you want her only to do all the housework, but you will have no bond with her, physical or emotional. Once the emotional bond is there, the rest will follow.
