      Those Gurus which doesnt follow the teachings of Srilas Vyasadeva can not be called his representatives.

      SB 3.6.30 — O chief of the Kuru dynasty, the Vedic wisdom became manifested from the mouth of the virāṭ, the gigantic form. Those who are inclined to this Vedic knowledge are called brāhmaṇas, and they are the natural teachers and spiritual masters of all the orders of society.
      .
      We can see here that brahmanas are qualified spiritual teachers, so lets see who are they :
      .
      SB 11.17.16 — Peacefulness, self-control, austerity, cleanliness, satisfaction, tolerance, simple straightforwardness, devotion to Me, mercy and truthfulness are the natural qualities of the brāhmaṇas.
      .
      They  have soft heart, devotion to Lord and they reject comfort life.
      We know the person with Brahmana qualities is representative of all demigods, but unfortunately such person is rare nowadays:
      .
      SB 12.2.3 — Men and women will live together merely because of superficial attraction, and success in business will depend on deceit. Womanliness and manliness will be judged according to one’s expertise in sex, and a man will be known as a brāhmaṇa just by his wearing a thread.
      SB 12.2.4 — A person’s spiritual position will be ascertained merely according to external symbols, and on that same basis people will change from one spiritual order to the next. A person’s propriety will be seriously questioned if he does not earn a good living. And one who is very clever at juggling words will be considered a learned scholar.

      SB 12.3.32 — Cities will be dominated by thieves, the Vedas will be contaminated by speculative interpretations of atheists, political leaders will virtually consume the citizens, and the so-called priests and intellectuals will be devotees of their bellies and genitals.
      SB 12.3.33 — The brahmacārīs will fail to execute their vows and become generally unclean, the householders will become beggars, the vānaprasthas will live in the villages, and the sannyāsīs will become greedy for wealth.

      SB 12.3.25 — In the Kali age people tend to be greedy, ill-behaved and merciless, and they fight one another without good reason. Unfortunate and obsessed with material desires, the people of Kali-yuga are almost all śūdras and barbarians.

      When such people become spiritual teachers and ask to be adored as reperesentatives of Srila Vyasadev, Jesus or Allah, then we can understand how important for them is that issue, because without puting others under their feet, the money for their comfort lives would stop flowing.
      That much about divinity of a modern Kali yuga teachers.

      Because of all miseries, Kali yuga is God given Age to shout Lords name in a helpless condition, which can wake up eternal love for Lord. Because of that, even celestials who understanding opportunity for progress, want to be born as humans.
      Therefore those who wake up such divine love for Lord, do not need anyone within three worlds, because goal of life is already achieved.

      That Garga samhita is not authentic, which means is not written by Sri Garga muni, astrologist master and priest of Yadu dynasty.  It seems to be written by someone with intensive creative imagination :

      When Radha attained the kishore age ( less than teen ), She wished that now She should marry to her eternal husband the Lord Krishna. To do that and to test the real saints, She created a MAYA as under :

      A highly violent air cyclone started in Vrandavan area. All the people put themselves inside their houses forgetting their children also. Krishna was wandering by knees in His portico. Radha came and She took Him in Her lap. Then She went to Bhandir Vana ( forest namely Bhandir) alongwith Nanda. Nanda followed Her as if he was in a dream. In Bhandir Vana Both became youth. Then Radha remembered Brahmaji to to act as purohit for Their marriage ceremony. Lord Brahmaji then came and solemnised the Marriage acting as a Purohit. At that time Age of Krishna was less than one year . But Radha was around 10 - 11 years old. After marriage Krishna became child again. Then Radha took Him in Her lap and came back alongwith Nanda. When Nanda , Radha and Krishna reaches back to Yashodaji, the air storm is disapeared by Radhaji. Nanda forgets all this as if he was in a dream. Then Radha handed over Krishna to Yashodaji
      saying that I had taken Him to save from the air storm and due to that His eyes are closed. At this Yashodaji pays her a great love and becomes highly grateful and surrender before here for ever.

      This secret was made known to real saints and Maharshis due to their insight

      There is many same stories from that samhita which contradict and deviates from Srimad Bhagavatam.

      The manner, the character, knowledge and qualities of one Rishi is far above from the level of writings presented in this samhita, which we need to take into consideration first.

      That much about authenticity of that Samhita.

        First of all you need to understand whats the hill.

        Hill is naturally raised area of land, not as high or craggy as a mountain, usually full of grass and other herbs and trees suitable for cows and other grass eater animals.

        Govardhana hill consider to be in the Vrindhavan area. Vrindavan is a town in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, India.

        The presiding deity of Govardhana hill is Sri Govardhan, which is pure devotee od Lord since the almost Krishnas birth , about 5000 years ago.
