Goverdhan puja is festival where devotees worship Sri Giriraj and offer Him huge huge huge quantity of bhoga for His pleasure. Such and arrangement is called annakuta which means mountain of bhoga. Giriraj is not annakuta, Giriraj is offered annakuta.

On suji halwa mountain, you can make eyes out of black grapes and lips out of pomegranate.
