When we make Lord Govardhan with Halwa on the pious occasion of Govardhan puja then, after performing all the rituals what to do with the Halwa with which we have made Lord Govardhan ?

Yes you can. And then offer it to the lordships and later on cherish with devotees.
Many ISKCON temple do this only. See Vrindavan cake or Braj Mandal Parikrama cake.
