    "All that you do, all that you say, all that you eat, offer, or give away, should be done as a sacrafice to Vishnu/Krishna, & by so doing you will shed all karmas good & evil & in the end you will go to be with them." Krishna give this (A)karma/ No karma, salution to us in the Gita. Gopies are those souls who have adopted this philosophy into their hearts & lives. Remembering* that We are gender-less in the eyes of God & in concurrence with our Vedic teaching's, this verse discribes the mood of the gopi Of Unconditional Love & submission to the Sovern Head god. This is a goppi! ? Their past residence is not as significant as their disposition towords pleasing The Head God Krishna ji? Haray bollah.

    SB 10.1.22 — Lord Brahmā informed the demigods: Before we submitted our petition to the Lord, He was already aware of the distress on earth. Consequently, for as long as the Lord moves on earth to diminish its burden by His own potency in the form of time, all of you demigods should appear through plenary portions as sons and grandsons in the family of the Yadus.

    SB 10.1.23 — The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, who has full potency, will personally appear as the son of Vasudeva. Therefore all the wives of the demigods should also appear in order to satisfy Him.

    SB 10.1.62-63 — The inhabitants of Vṛndāvana, headed by Nanda Mahārāja and including his associate cowherd men and their wives, were none but denizens of the heavenly planets, O Mahārāja Parīkṣit, best of the descendants of Bharata, and so too were the descendants of the Vṛṣṇi dynasty, headed by Vasudeva and Devakī and the other women of the dynasty of Yadu. The friends, relatives and well-wishers of both Nanda Mahārāja and Vasudeva and even those who externally appeared to be followers of Kaṁsa were all demigods.

    Hare KRsna mataji,

    PAMHO.

    Gopis are of different categories - 

    1) They are the same eternal associates of the lord who come from the spiritual world to fulfill the lord's pastimes.

    2) They are sages from Treta yuga, who wanted to embrace Rama during his banishment to the forest. At that time, Rmaa had promised them that in Dwapar, He will come as Krsna and associate with them as gopis in conjugal love.

    3) They are sadhana siddha souls - who, by dint of their sadhana, have achieved the highest perfection. These gopies associate with the above 2 categories, to become even more purified and go back to Godhead to the spiritual world as eternal gopis. 

    This is what I know.

        what help you want? What you are not clear about?

        Why you want to know about gopis at this stage - this is the highest knowledge. We should first understand the basics of philosophy before getting into the highest knowledge. 

        Basic knowledge I have already given you.
