Hare Krishna dear Devotees, please accept my humble obeisances! all glories to Srila Prabhupada!
Sometimes person feels to leave her/his job it means he/she is not involved in job according to his/her varna. If we act according to our own nature even material activity should give us joy and satisfaction. (of course not as much as chanting)
If by nature we are teachers then if we work in the field we will get frustrated. Or if we like to manage but if are doing job of a servant then we will be really fed up with our job.
In this way first we have to know our own nature. As Sudipta Roy Prabhu told we have to maintain our gross body also. Because of that we have to earn money.
In the reality if we do our job for the pleasure of Krishna then it is not a materialistic activity but a top most Yoga.
Because of that Bhakti Yoga is very easiest way of all Yogas. Just by leaving external duties we won't be satisfied because we have still desire for some pleasures in this world.
Only pure souls may do like that. But even they are engaged with external activities in order to show us example.
By just leaving something, attachment does not go away.
No! But engaging that attachment in Krishna's service will give us real renunciation. For example, if we want a nice house then we can build it and invite Krishna in the Form of Deity to that house and serve to Him. Now that house if Krishna's Temple.
Or if we want children then we can have them but train them in Krishna Conscious way.
Or we want to eat nice food then just offering it first to Krishna and then eating it will give not only renunciation but love for Krishna.
-----------------------------------------------------------
in the reality why we do not want to be attached to material things? Just because we do not want to be depended. When we are depended to temporary things we will suffer when we loose it. Because of too much suffering some people want, now, liberation from everything.
But the truth is the soul can not be independent. Soul's free will is to select to be depended on Maya or on Krishna.
THAT IS OUR FREE WILL.

about practical ways, Sudipta Roy Prabhu already nicely explained.
Your servant,
Hare Krishna Shweta Mata. Dandavat Pranam. All Glories to Srila Prabhupada
There are two kind of activity Krisha conscious activity and Occupational Activity.
we can't stop material activity all together. To keep the soul and body together we have to do some activities in this material world , that is called one's occupational duty, activity to earn the livelyhood.
And Krishna Conscious activity is those activities that we dedicate to Krishna, Activity we do for Krishna's pleasure, mainly devotional activities.
/*Now your question is if any body want to spend his/her life as a devotee of krishna without involving in the activities of dis material world,is der any way to his/her to overcome the attraction of it ?*/
It can have two answers
First---- Yes , you can if you live your rest of the life in temple serving Krishna and devotees. You can avoid the outside world and the activities designated to it.
Another way is to earn your livelyhood which needs involvement in material activities to some extent, but serve Krishna and devotees with the fruits of your activities (i.e donating some portion of your salary). Then your material activity will become spiritual activity.
The main thing is in whatever situation we may be, Our only and sole purpose should and must be to serve Krishna in whatever way we can. It is true that it is more easier to avoid attraction of this material world when one dedicates his/her whole life living in temple serving Krishna and devotees. But it is also easy to overcome the attraction of this material world while engaging in activities with Karmi minded people and environment, for that what we need is very strong Sadhana.
Arjuna also wanted to avoid the fight , but Krishna resist him from that and insisted to engage in fight but with proper knowledge. So even living a life in this Karmi world one can be a perfect devotee provided he/she works only for Krishna.
/*as well as what is a practical way to going on the way of spiritualism to know more abt krishna ?*/
Practical way is:
1. Chanting the mahamantra 16 rounds everyday without any exception
2. Follow 4 regulative principle strictly i.e to avoid meat eating, intoxication, gambling and illicit sex.
3. Read books of Srila Prabhupada daily.
4. Atleast visits a nearby temple regularly if possible else in weekends (attain sunday feast). And try to do some service there. It really helps a lot to progress. Service is must.
5. Associate with devotees, and try to avoid non-devotees as much as possible
If we can follow the above mentioned activities, then rest assured we will attain the highest perfection of human life i.e LOVE FOR GODHEAD

Well, if you want to be a full time devotee and serve Krishna and devotees in temple then you can contact your nearby ISKCON temple and talk to the president of that temple regarding your concern. They will definately let you knw the process of joining temple as a full time devotee. I know there is mataji ashram in mayapura but not sure about other provinces. So please contact the nearby temple where you live.
If you sincerely want to serve Krishna, be assured Krishna will surely help you.
