By the Krishna Grace at the some level I control,but due to watching porn for long time it put wrong impression now and now in a month once I open to see such things, but not I am able to control on masturbation but now in a month I got nightfall ,so may I know as I am sadhana stage and my past habits provoke me to do this nonsense so it will come under nama aporadh
