I am thinking that just conceivably some devotees were "shooting from the hip" in planning out management for Hare Krishna Centers such as ISKCON Hare Krishna Centers. I am sure that if we can calmly go over everything involved a little at a time we may be able to turn up peaceful and adequate improvements and resolutions.
Unfortunately, Srila Prabhupada admitted his difficulty in managing the many young people that were coming to become his followers. In the beginning, Srila Prabhupada had hopes of his followers chanting Japa for as much as 8 hours every day. Srila Prabhupada told some of his very first followers that he was a sannyasi and so should not even be asked about marriage and sexuality. I believe that this shows that Srila Prabhupada's followers will have to piece together this whole following of the Hare Krsna beliefs. And, the Hare Krsna beliefs also includes Vedic Culture, Varnasrama Dharma, and especially Sadhana Bhakti.
Srila Prabhupada left the door or gate "unlocked" in regards to certain critical topics. I believe that there is a need to draw a strong defining line in regards to all topics and concerns to ascertain a more fool-proof plan of management for Hare Krishna Centers.

Forming a more Perfect Hare Krishna Center :

I was thinking over some of the concerns a Hare Krsna center is faced with. The list of requirements and engagements seems to get pretty steep for most people. The list of threats to a Hare Krsna center started looking long and difficult. I have found myself so bewildered by considerations like this for over 40 years. During the first 35 years I often did not know what to think or say about concerns like this.
In order to make all of these demands, requirements, and engagements happen a Hare Krsna center is at risk of resorting to methods that may not be very ethical.
There are all kinds of details that can be studied regarding this topic. Ultimately, there is a need to remain focused on the first class Vaisnava standards exemplified by advanced Vaisnavas throughout history.
