PAMHO.
In case there is a complaint against any devotee, better to approach his senior or your temple management. In case of personal family crisis or some such thing, one should approach one's shiksha guru and seek his counsel in confidence. If you are not confident that your shiksha guru can handle your problem or will keep it confidential, then you approach any other senior devotee couple you can relate to and trust.
In case you trust anyone on this forum, you could approach on personal mail and tell your problem. I am sure the counsellors here are equipped to help in case of most problems.
