Example of Youga dharam in Dwapar

Hare Krishna,

Dandavata pranam to all vaisnvas.

 As stated in veda for four youga 4 youga dharma. in satya astanga yoga & example is Dhruva maharaj.In treta yanga (Fire sacrifice) example is Dasaratha made this & get Ramachandra. Like that in Dwapara Archya. Can sombody give the examples who followed this & relised God. Also in kali Nama sankirtana. Is there any example in sastra. Please beg your mercy.
