Hare Krsna to all devotees,AGTSP....What is the evil spirit? Why krsna didn't give them the next life,why they are roaming here & there & causing harm to human being? Is there any reason behing that or what,plz give me the suitable answer.

An evil spirit is living entity with no physical body. The soul loses its physical body at death. One who goes through violent death, lived very materialistically and thus created a negative karma or is attached to its family, living place etc. becomes ghost or evil spirit so after leaving the physical body he can't immediately go to higher dimensions to prepare for another incarnation on earth. These spirits enter people, objects, animals, or even demigods. They attach themselves to the subtle body of a being and live off their energy or prana. It's similar to parasites. Spirits will usually go places they lived or emotionally attached to, their past lives family members or impure places. The spirits are suffering because they cant enjoy materially without a physical form and so they go to people to get their attention and get help. Getting rid of spirits can be a difficult process but the simplest way is to chant the names of the Lord :) For example the Narasimha Mantra :
"I bow down to Lord Narasimha who is ferocious and heroic like Lord Vishnu. He is burning from every side. He is terrific, auspicious and the death of death personified."

Jokes apart people get their body and form according to their wishes. People having evil desires and activities while living die to have a evil spirit as a curse and suffer a lot and gets the capability to hurt only those who are not enlightened spiritually. People who have unfulfilled wishes if not KC then they live as spirits.
If some one is having a dint of Krishna Consciousness borns again as a human to complete his journey back to god head.
