We had a booking at the Prabhupada Ashram, Vrindavan on 22nd & 23rd December for deluxe room for 2 Adults in the name of Sameer Narang. While leaving, we forgot to collect our Aadhaar Cards from reception, which was taken by Prabhu Ji for check-in purpose.
We enquired about it yesterday multiple times and were told that they would check & let us know. Thereafter, we followed up for the same many times and all of our messages and calls were ignored. We kept on calling, but either the calls were hanged up or not taken up at all.
Hence, we request to inform us at least whether the cards are with them or not. And if available, please courier the cards to us. Whatever will be the charges, we will bear.
If any devotees here can help us in this regard, please let us know. We accept that there was mistake from our side, but, at least there should be some responsibility of the Ashram people to inform us whether the Aadhaar cards are with them or not. We have great respect for ISKCON, but such ignorance of the queries & doubts is not at all acceptable.
