I want to know the timing I should fast. What is tithi and parana time meaning? It would be helpful if someone gave me their ekadashi routine with timings involved and with tithi parana and dwadashi. Thank you.

Tithi: lunar day, parana: breaking time. You should follow ekadasis according to your place. See e.g. vaisnavacalendar.com
Previously Gaudiyas followed - and some still follow - the calendar for Mayapur. More info on Ekadasi with lots of quotes is in the article "Ekadasi" on my website (see my profile).
