When we hear lectures of Gurus or senior devotees they are all our shiksha Gurus. Or we read Srila Prabhupada's books He is also our shiksha Guru. Or here we learn from Devotees they are also in some case are our shiksha Gurus. Or sometimes we help others with knowledge in this way we can also be some tiny shiksha Gurus.

And the role of a shiksha Guru is more important than Diksha Guru. Because Shiksha Guru teaches us how to perform our devotional service deeply with knowledge. For example as i heard that Jaganatha Das Babaji Maharaja was not diksha Guru of Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur but Shiksha. (if i did not do any mistake, please correct me!)

You just cannot take online things as your shiksa guru.
