    Hare Krsna Mataji,

    PAMHO.

On dwadasi, one has to eat grains compulsorily. THe time for breaking fast is important - it is called parana time. One shoudl start eating grains only at that time (usually its 6.00 am to 10.00 am, somthing like that). THis time will vary city to city. Please findout the tme for your city and break fast accordingly.

There are no restrictions on food dwadasi onwards except the usual - no meat eating, no onion garlic, only veg food whihc is offered to KRsna before eating.

    Haribol,

    Your servant,

    Radha Rasamayi DD
