I am connected to a councellor since few years, still I am not able to connect with them personally, I have tried to connect but I feel that much connection with them. No doubt they have done many things for so many devotees and many devotees feel connected with them but I don't feel that level of connection
Now I think that I am wrong as many devotees feel connected with them but I don't know for sure what should I do now? I don't know why I feel like that.
They are very great but maybe I am not good enough, kindly help me what should I do now.

PAMHO.
I understand what you are saying. It is possible that such a thing is happening. Maybe the gap is between expectation and reality. Either the expectations need a reality check or the counsillors need some counselling. Anything is possible.
For now, understand one thing. Krsna is our best friend. He listens to even the conversation we are not able to put in words. He understands our feelings and thoughts better than even ourselves. So rest assured. You are not alone.
Regarding no one to clear doubts - you can ask here. For more personalised resolution, you could try calling Hare Krsna TV counsellors. For even more personalised contact, you need to connect with inidvidual counsellor and see whether you are able to connect with them. Meantime, continue to do your sadhana with sincerity. Krsna will show you the way.

Mataji I want to ask in such situations is it okay to approach other counsellors or one should have one counsellor throughout?

In Gita itself Lord Krsna has mentioned that we can have more than 1 guru - Diksha guru will be 1, shiksha gurus can be more than 1. In fact, in Srimad Bhagawatam, there is mention of 24 gurus - most of them are the nature elements. A true seeker can laern from anyone and in any situation. A true seeker can be in a despicable place and still remember Krsna. And a pretender can be in a temple and still be plotting all kinds of politics.

Jigyasa means curiosity, inquisitivness and desire to know. If you don't have these in you ...you cannot get to know anyone closely.
The main idea behind having a counsellor is to guide you in a specific direction...but initially or prior to that one must have more and more enthusiasim to learn things.
Be like a sponge when you are around Krishna conscious devotees to absorb all the oozing juices or bhakti rasa from the devotee.
If you are like a stone you may not be able to recieve much.
Firstly, understand what is the purpose of running around a counsellor.
I don't go to a counsellor esp. who is in the field of bhakti simply. We have some need that is why we went in search of a counsellor. or you came across the counsellor.
Now to get personally in touch with the counsellor you must also meet the criteria what they are expecting.
Maybe you should be more proactive and more involved in the activities.
Maybe you should do japa and read scriptures and be attentive and actively replying to get into the good books of the counsellor.
Maybe you should start training yourself by getting up early and attending japa or show improvements in life and show to the counsellor that you have been following whatever is being told to all the group of devotees under him.
Well, a stone should become a diamond to become recognizable..ordinary stones have not much value. Show your worth.
Ofcourse you needn't prove ur bhakti to anyone or get credits from counsellor or other's validation is not needed.
But really if you want to become noticeble maybe change yourself in such a way that you become noticeable.

I will definitely try for it, I have tried to approach them regarding my problems but to no avail. I feel like there is no one to hear and solve my doubts and issues. I feel like I am stuck with no o to listen to mentor who are assigned by councellor also doesn't try to solve my quary or issues infact many times doesn't reply msgs and show very negetive attitude if not followed what they want.
