Does Krsna reward in this case?

Hare Krishna!
Please accept my humble obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada,

As Bhagavad Gita states in 4.11,

"As all surrender unto Me, I reward them accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Partha"

Please consider the below case,

If a murderer worships Krsna (with Desire state) and tells Krsna to reward him in such a way so that he can kill a person.

Under this situation DOES KRSNA RECIPROCATE/ REWARD THAT MURDERER by giving a proper situation which might be helpful to that person to kill the person?

please dear devotees, guide me..

    i think you must read "Karma Yoga of Gita" to get your answer .
    how will krishna give justification to murderer tries to do bhakti and achieve somthing against nature.
