A devotee is surrounded but her husband is not,
She is doing chanting and following regurllative principals, but her husband needs nonveg and she has to cook it for her husband.
Can she apply for dikshya?

Hare Krishna,
She should not apply for diksha while she is still cooking non-veg, even if she doesn’t eat it herself. But she should continue chanting, serving devotees, reading Srila Prabhupada’s books, and sincerely pray to Krishna to remove all the obstacles that are coming in your path by making arrangements such that the husband also become a devotee.
You cannot get diksha unless your patner also becomes purified and perfected.
It applies for anyone who is using the kitchen for cooking meat, eggs etc. even if you don't eat. You cannot even cut the meat and you cannot cook it if you have taken diksha.
I am sorry for that. But sincerley pray to Lord He will surely make necessary arrangements and will bring change in the heart of your husband
