please accept my humble obiesances,
All glories to Srila Prabhupada,
I'm facing difficulty in understanding 29th verse of chapter 4, especially these lines that i've mentioned below
"offering the movement of the outgoing breath into the incoming, and the incoming breath into the outgoing"
"prāṇāyāma-yogī practices breathing the opposite way until the currents are neutralized into pūraka, equilibrium."
