Hare Krsna, most humble obeisances AGTSP!

As much I heard from senior devotees, grihastha devotees are considered the best of all. In the  varnasrama system, the grhastha asrama is the stomach of the social body  in that it nourishes all others. As u said they get to serve less service as compared to brahmacharis and temple devotees, that is not exactly true. There in UAE, almost all the devotees are grihastha and they do wonderful service. Many devotees have to work 7-8 hours everyday and 6 days in a week. And on weekend they all go for preaching. Unlike sunday program in India, we have friday program. And almost a single devotee helds 5-6 or even more classes on that particular day. I know a very senior devotee named His grace Atichandra Govinda, he works from something morning 7/8 am- 8pm. And before he leaves for office he will perfom mangal arti and when he returns he preaches his daughter, 1 hour a day. And on weekends he give some 6-7 classes. He is even the shiksha guru of many. And his wife, she too preaches. He preaches kids esp. They even held many other program at home like quize for kids, coloring competition, reciting slokas etc. Also they help in arranging many other KC programs.

So in this way grihastha devotees can serve very nicely. I heard from senior devotees, for a grihastha devotee the best way to serve Krsna is to serve vaishnavas. By doing so they can easily please Krsna. Also grihastha devotees can set example for others to get inspired. Thats another kind of service. When people see them being so happy in KC others also get influenced and may get up KC. Also at home they can regularly held, mangal arti, gaur arti program and invite other also to join. And there are many other such services which grihastha devotees can perform.
