as the drops of ocean are parts of the ocean ,the same are jivas parts of the god.
this is origin of the jivas.
all holy soul who believe and prey for krishna only live in vindraban with krishna according to krishnas wishes...once soul reach bridaban who beacame i permanent part of vindaban krishnas own garden....they donot fall down to birth in earth...
