Can some Mataji please share their daily time table with me.

I am a working mother and sometimes I find it difficult to manage my time well. Apart from chanting, aarti and reading
holy scriptures, there are many other works we do. e.g: Laundry, Cooking, Buying groceries, Driving to work etc.

So, if some mataji(preferably working outside home or serving at temple ) can share their timetable with me, I will have a model to look up to
and I will try to follow that to include all my daily activities in 24 hrs and not feel extremely tired when its time to sleep.
