Satyavati and parashar muni is the mother and father of ved vyas, but they did not get married.How this incidence can be set moral example of shatras for people of society.when we going to preach to people on the basis of shatras they give this example.please clear.

I have heard in the katha on Mahabharat how Vedvyas ji was begotten by Satyavati and Parashar Muni.
Sri Parashar Muni, being a great astrologer could see that it was the time for the lord's avatar, so he approached Satyavati, who was a fisherwoman and had the smell of fish on her body since she was born from a fish. He approached her and asked her to help him bring the avatar of the Lord into the world. He was there at once, taking the four directions as sakshi (witness) married her there, then he covered them with clouds and merely by embracing her Vedvyas ji was begotten.
Satyavati remained a virgin and got the boon of having a very sweet smell which could be smelled from 1 yojan (8 miles).
So there is nothing immoral in that, the avatars of lord and lord Krishna himself don't take their birth like a normal human being would take from sexual intercourse.

People like Parashar muni cannot be equated to normal human beings like you and me. Anyways a sanyasi, that too such an age old saint, cannot be measured by today's standards of morality. There is a very good lecture on the appearance and life of Bhishmadev by HG Amarendra Gaur Das prabhuji where he mentions this pastime in detail and explains why this is above board. It will clear your doubt.
Personalities like Parashar muni are so advanced, they will take on infamy in the service of the lord without a second thought. It was not lust that brought about the birth of Sri Krishna Dwaipayana Vyasa. It was the desire of the lord. Parashar muni is credited with bringing astrology to the world. When he was crossing the river and the boat woman was Matsyagandha (meaning smell of fish), he approached her, with the proposal that she has all the qualities that are required to be the mother of the shaktyavesavatar of the lord, who is due to make an appearance in the world. She agreed to the proposal and served him on an island. There, immediately, a son was born, he grew up immediately and started to run away from his parents, because he didnt want to be attached. The parents called out to him, then he said that whenever required, if his parents remember him, he will appear in front of them. Then Parashar muni blessed Matsyagandha to become padmagandha, named her Satyavati. This Satyavati was so fragrant (padma gandha) that she attracted the father of Devavrata/ Bhishma, Dushyant. This entire pastime is not like anything in this material world, then why attach the moral rules of the material world to this pastime? That too of this age - this pastime happened atleast 5000 years ago, where the codes of morality were different.
