In our attempts to maintain a relationship with Shri Krshna (as a friend, master, beloved etc.) we are bound to get disturbed by the influences of material world as you'd mentioned (other boys coming in thoughts..when you think of Shri Krshna). The reason, I think, is because Krshna's body is spiritual and we can't see that with our material eyes. What our material eyes see are only the material bodies of the people we come across in life and our mind immediately compares that with the thought of Krshna leading to delusion. One way to overcome is to have an image of Krshna firmly implanted in our minds that when we think of Krshna the image comes before us instantly. By listening to Krshna's spiritual body beauty description in Srimad-Bhagavatham and his Bhaktha-charitras we may develop a strong mental image. Also, having an image of Shri Krshna with Radha or Rukmini (which will help develop the sakhi bhava to Radha/Rukmini) or Bala gopal(which invokes maternal love for Krshna) and meditating on it can help a lot.
Keep chanting Hare Krshna mantra with intensity of love and devotion. Now that you've started one-half of the relationship from your end, Krshna will fill the other half in due course. :-)

yes, dear Dixa Bhavsar Mataji, it is not only Your problem but most of us in this age of Kali.
Earlier girls were married at the age of 14-16 and they did not have too much problem on mind. But these days we lost old traditions and parents do not care of these basic principles of marring daughters on time.
Nowadays girls spend their youth gaining PHD, Doctor...degrees and when they get over 30 none will marry them. or else they will live just as boy friend and girlfriend...FINISHED!
Even if they marry they will work from 8 AM till 8 PM outside in the city and children will lack of their mother's association. And their hearts will become hard, they will eat food cooked with "plastic" hearts - outside food, by the time children also will become plastic hearted.
and as we see in modern age rulers who does not have compassion. Because of what???? Just because these days women-mothers are not protected.

In Your case just tolerate (thoughts about boys) and try hard to remain pure, chastely and learn to cook nicely. And after Your education, request senior Devotees to find for You suitable Devotee husband and get married. It is the best position for a girl. :-)
