Hare krishna to all the prabhujis and matajis.
I have a deep question that everybody tells surrender to krishna . But how do I ? I am not able to . I love him but why I dont know. Please suggest me tips and techs. Please also tell me how do I chant more.

Surrender - the best way - simply ask Krsna Himself - I want to surrender to You - I dont know how to - pls help me. If your desire is sincere, He will show you the way.
If you read the purport of 18.66 of Bhagavad Gita As It Is, it is very nicely explained by Srila Prabhupada what are the 6 steps of surrender.
What you are telling us, tell Him - He is so receptive to a sincere heart, He wil surely show you the way.

Meaning:
1: (Whatever I do) with my Body, Speech, Mind or Sense Organs,
2: (Whatever I do) using my Intellect, Feelings of Heart or (unconsciously) through the natural tendencies of my Mind,
3: Whatever I do, I do all for others (i.e. without the sense of attachment to the results),
4: (And) I Surrender them all at the Lotus Feet of the Supreme.
When person wants to build a big house alone, he needs first to associate with such people who doing it every day. This is answer on your last question.

Lets jump to first ones now.
The faithless ones seek the help from others when need it, but those who are truly faithful depends only on the Lords mercy.
We can see nowadays that the modern religious leaders are accepted as faithful and fully surrendered to Lord, but actually the most of them are faithless philosophers who depend on money from their blind followers. With that money they live comfort life, paying the most expensive medicine help when needed, eating luxury food and sleeping in hotels on soft beds and all that on behalf of Lords name. Such persons never surrender to Lord, despite their wish to do so, because surrender is only possible in a HELPLESS condition and with faith in Lord.
Generally speaking, those who cant give up security and comfort cant surrender to God.
Kali Yuga is God given Age for surrendering to Lord, only because helpless situations waiting on every corner. That's why those who live in the poverty, homeless and abandoned from anyone, has opportunity for surrender to Lord.

Spreading the holy name of Lord is like spreading the seeds, if you spread the seeds on the bad soil it wont grow, but it will on good growing one. The poverty and hopeless population is the best soil for planting the holy names, because this is the way how to grow pure devotees, sadhus and paramahamsas.
As far as people continue to think that without Lakshmi (money), there is no possible to serve or please the Lord, that far the Lord remains unreachable.

This is a simple thing that you are purposefully making complicated. Just continue chanting. If you want to chant more, then do so - what is the problem?
