Civilized never means to dress,buildings,communications,technology or possession of military power.Human civilization really means to possession of differential quality from that of Animal civilization. Eating ,Sleeping,Defense & Sex are always common to both.Rather better with the animals.What matters is something which not possible by animals. And that is "GOD REALIZATION".So anybody acting without proper knowledge of God & claiming to be civilized/advanced is simply cheating.The today's human society is nothing but a sweet combination of the cheaters & the cheated. And because people do not have the real knowledge, they just can not know.People today take suffering to be enjoying. This often creates a chaotic situation. True civilization means "GOD CONSCIOUS CIVILIZATION" (HARE KRISHNA)
