During the first month of Caturmasya - where we need to abstain from green Leafy vegetables...does this include abstainign from lettuce, dhania, methi as well?

Yes, it means abstaining from lettuce and methi. Some people are lenient where dhania leaves are concerned, some are strict. Take your pick.
