Founder Acharya of International Society for Krishna Consciousness told 'YES'.
So whatever standard puts Founder Acharya is accepted as truth.
In the reality one should chant 64 rounds daily but Srila Prabhupada agreed we chant MINIMUM 16 and he will personally take us back to Godhead.
So as You see Parampara line is very important. We can not go directly to Krishna. But only through bona fide parampara of Gurus.
Lord Chaitanya told His Mother to fast on Ekadashis in this way He gave chance even women to progress in devotional life without the help of their husbands.
So in Kali Yuga any soul be she in woman body or animal can achieve love for Krishna.
