The above picture is beautiful, but could someone please explain the quote to me.
Does God love us all? Sometimes it's hard for me to comprehend how God can love me when i think ill of Him (unintentionally ofcourse), does Krsna love the demoniac who are against Him too?

As parents don't discrimate between their children wherther they are bad or good, same as we all are sons of Krsna. So whether he is a demon or pious person, Krsna have equal vision for both but who are constantly engaged in devotional service are more dear to him as we see in material world also, The child who is devoted to their parents get more mercy.
