Please accept my humble obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada,
I need to relocate my Radha Krsna Deity from one room to other?Can I do this?
I worship Radha-Krsna in the morning (by; first-seeking permission from Srila Prabhupada, second- offer sweets-prasada along with incense stick and bells , third-do few rounds of chanting Mahamantra ) everyday.
But some days I remain busy with my business. so I am unable to attend my Radha-Krsna in the evening and at night i do my prayers.
That's all what I do..
Is this acceptable? (I do not have spiritual master at present)
Is worshiping Radha-krsna more risky (in the sense of not attending properly/perfectly) than worshiping Gaura-Nitai deity? Please explain.

You can shift Them from one room to another Prabhu. There is no any problem if You are doing it for Their comfort.
Usually we have to keep the same standard but if due to some incidents we are not able to do some services then we have to explain the situation to our Deities. And beg Them to help us to be regular in our worship.
The good side is Sri Sri Gaura Nitay does not accept any offense as an offense. Because of that They are more merciful than Sri Sri Radha Krishna. Even though we should worship Gaur Nitay as good as possible.
