Translation
The Prajāpati first begot Suyajña in the womb of his wife Ākūti, and then Suyajña begot demigods, headed by Suyama, in the womb of his wife Dakṣiṇā. Suyajña, as the Indradeva, diminished very great miseries in the three planetary systems [upper, lower and intermediate], and because he so diminished the miseries of the universe, he was later called Hari by the great father of mankind, namely Svāyambhuva Manu.

Hare Krishna,
Brahma created first couple ( Manu and Shatrupa) and gave them permission to create progency and populate the earth.
they had 2 sons and 3 daughters
2 sons were- Priyvrata and Uttana pada
3 daughters - Akuti, prasooti and devahuti
Akuti married Prajapati Ruchi and they had a twins - one son and one daughter Suyajna and Dakshina respectively.
Now Suyajna got married to his sister Dakshina ( now don't take literally they are brother and sister) but consider that Suyajna is symbolic to Sacrifical fire and Dakshina is offering given to the sacrifical fire.
Suyajna is therefore Vishnu Himself as Vishnu says in Bhagwad gita
yajño ’haṁ bhagavattamaḥ
dakṣiṇā jñāna-sandeśaḥ
prāṇāyāmaḥ paraṁ balam ( 11. 19. 36-39)

Hope you understood.
Ok i understand, thank you for explanation and also this is interesting to know to dhruva maharaj and maa sati are cousins, but understandable that both are devotees.
Hare Krishna Akshit Prabhu
The necessary explanation is given by Srila Prabupada. Further detail is not necessary. The Purport is especially significant. The name of the father and place is mentioned for authorised incarnation of Lord.
Hari bol
Ok it's just is the name hari, is it actually lord Hari?
It is actually Lord Hari who functioned as Indradeva during that period.
Hari bol
Ok prabhuji thank you very much
