In my opinion, the calmest and most meditative kirtans of the Mahamantra are done by Srila Prabhupada. There is something magical about his singing that is very much different than the other devotees.
Some of my favorites Kirtaneers are Vaiyasakhi Prabhu (you can youtube these or find them on Amazon MP3 or iTunes) or Prahlad Das.
