I wanted to know if one can buy Ladoo Gopal and do puja for Him, even if not chanting sixteen rounds, or following four regulative principles. How should one go about performing service for ladoo Gopal ji/

Yes, one can still keep the lord in Laddu Gopal form.
One has to treat Him as a member of the family. Wake Him up every morning, dress Him, do puja, shringar, feed Him before eating, make Him sleep in the night. Like how one cares for a member of the family, one has to care for Him. Take Him along if you are going out of town... the works.
I am not giving any vidhi of doing anything, because if the person is not following the basic of chanting, then whatever I say will be a burden. We have to learn to love Krsna, welcome Him in our house and take care of Him. Its an act of love, should be spontaneous, not forced.
