Instead of going to Math(s) for the copy of the book, you can get a copy of Brhad-bhagavtamrta by H.G. Gopiprandhana Prjee (Srila Prabhupada's beloved disciple) from the Temple (ISKCON). Safe!
I have seen few copies at ISKCON East of Kailash (New Delhi). BBT is planning to re-publish them ALL... the books by HG Gopiprandhan Pr.
At current these books must be available at ISKCON Chennai and Mumbai too (Juhu & Chowpatty).
Which part of India are you in?
You can buy Brhad Bhagvatmrta from Rup Sanatan Gaudiya Math, Seva Kunj Gali in Vrindavan & Goverdhan Gaudiya Math, Radha Kunda Road. There are many places across India where you can get it. However, if you can tell me your city then I can specifically let you know the location to buy one.
