PAMHO.
Simply by announcing to devotees about the birth of the baby. If possible, you could sponsor prasadam for local temple inmates, or for one meal in the temple.
You could call vaishnavas to your house for bhajans and prasadam.
You could get an authority (shiksha/ diksha guru) to name and bless the child.
As per capacity and convenience, you could do any or all of the above.
