I am not able to offer Bhog due to many reasons and problems. Can I offer Mansik Bhoga and how ?

Since you have constraints, please proceed with manasik seva.
How to do? Ans is mentally you have to do everything in detail - as if you are doing physcially. For ex - for bhoga, we will set the p[late, put each individual item on the plate, put tulsi on each item, place the plate in front of the deities, then invite Them to take the offering, close the curtain, ring the bell, recite the mantras. Each item individually should be done ideally. I am using the word ideally because dont beat yourself if you are not able to do everything, Just do whatever you can do, while praying that once the situation becomes conducive for you to do devotion unhindered, you will do better than what you are doing now. Do not promise the moon. Promise less, perform more (when the time comes).
