I have checked the link. I use Avast! antivirus.
The link opened without threat. There is an overlay page that loads with "guest-book" form.
That may be interpreted as false virus by some systems.
I don't know what server you are attached to in that part of the world, nor am I so Techie that I could say there is no threat.
But, I would be inclined to add "exception" to my whitelist on Antivirus program..
This is my best effort, good luck! It's a great institution.
