Srila Prabhupada told us not to do it, in this way we do not take bath there. But to put 3 drops on our head is considered as taking full bath. In this way we at the same time take bath and not take. Your servant,

Few months ago I had this chance by the grace of Mata Radharani and Shrikrishna to do Govardhan parikrama along with ISKCON devotees. Near Radhakunda we were barred to even put our feet in the water as It will destroy all the benefits of parikrama and will be considered as a sin. However if a devotees Guru does permit the disciple to take the bath in Radhakund then he can do it.
I beg forgiveness from the learned devotees if I'm wrong.
