NOW A DAYS A ISSUE IS GOING ON ABT BABA RAMDEV , MOST OF THE PEOPLE SAYS BABA ramdev is doing right thing for the nation so we should support him , but is it right to support him beoz he is not a vaishanava or bahkta , does't know anything abt krsna consciousness ????????????/

You have made the point.."we should never identify ourselves with body", We all are souls. Ramdev Baba is also a soul. Vaishnava seva is also manav seva. Lets help create vashnavas by not criticizing. By seeing a wrong being done and not acting upon it is not being a vaishnava, I say use this opportunity to propagate vaishnavism. Where ever this rally is occurring against fraud etc. use it to propagate Krishna, it will also be aired on T.V. free ad.

Who are we to judge of their identification as Vaishnava or not. Yes they could be better souls but then so could we. It's a good cause although there are many better causes. We should never bad mouth any one. If he falls.. help him up.. if he rises..join him. Lets pray for a better future, a future in which Kali is vanquished by the vaishnavas.. We should support in defeating corruption in any form and stage. If unchecked it can ruin the Holy Land by getting out of hand. Many poor farmers and poor people of India are suffering. This money could be used for a better cause. I know that Karma has a huge role in all of this but as vasihnavas its our duty/dharma to uphold righteousness. We could do our bit by doing at least one round of Japa extra..

you mean to say that we can chant for others ?????, ive never heard of it to be true . give scriptural references that we can do japa for others .

Whilst it is possible, I'm saying.. do Japa for everything that is good. Do Japa to defeat quarrel/Kali which is the Deity of Kali Yuga. And yes finally when you do Japa others can also be benefited. It's simple and I certainly don't have to quote scriptures for that. Do you not get indirectly benefited when you hear the name of God/Krishna and His pass times? So chant a little louder if you want the others to benefit too. There are many ears and what better to feed the ears then the Holy name? What to speak of Hari Naam Sankirtan..do that even.

Although it is not necessary for me to comment on this topic, but i certianly gain insights from your viewpoint and it is helpful even for a layman.

Doing good for nation is direct indecation of iIdentifying oneself with his body and not the soul. A devotee wants to see whole creation to be happy and back home back in Godhead. I don't think we should spend time in supporting something like this when we know nothing good can happen from their protest.
