PAMHO.
It is said that when one taken to the path of Krsna bhakti, Krsna takes over the karma of that soul. Then astrology may not work. Astrologers are known to say - this is a Krsna devotee, so my astrology will not work. I tis only the will of the lord that will work on this soul.
Still there can be some indicators like good time/ bad time. That doesnt mean that whatever is written will necessarily happen.
