Astrology generally is to know more info about the “upcoming” reactions to OUR actions. This is what we try to read or approach a qualified person to read. However, there are very few who are genuinely qualified to read one’s chart. Most of the readers are mainly open for business to cheat others and to take money, playing on the person vulnerability and naivety.

OFCOURSE Krsna can change everything for a person but he/she needs to have unflinching faith and unalloyed devotion to the lord.

Bg 9.22

ananyāś cintayanto māṁ

ye janāḥ paryupāsate

teṣāṁ nityābhiyuktānāṁ

yoga-kṣemaṁ vahāmy aham

Translation:

But those who always worship Me with exclusive devotion, meditating on My transcendental form – to them I carry what they lack, and I preserve what they have.

TEXT 66

sarva-dharman parityajya

mam ekam saranam vraja

aham tvam sarva-papebhyo

moksayisyami ma sucah

TRANSLATION

Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reaction. Do not fear.

So, the reactions and all the effects of other reactions can/will be nullified immediately if we surrender to Him. As Dean prabhu has pointed out, love for him is not very easy to attain. One needs to have sukruthi from previous good deeds to attain love for Krsna.

Sri Krishna is a master of all creation and such master can do everything He wants.

Those who are qualified enough He gives liberation and immortality easily, but the pure Love for Him He gives only to the very special souls.
