HARE KRISHNA! IN most of the puranas & upanishads only "HARE KRISHNA MAHAMANTRA" IS written there are no traces of radhe krishna radhe shyam & other 2 of them. hence my question? plz help

In the lecture of HH Radhanath Swami Maharaja i heard that there was time when people started to refer Hare to the name of Krishna. Saying that Hare Krishna are reference to Krishna only. So in order to remove that ignorant understanding other sampradaya's acharya told to chant Radhe Krishna or Radha Shyam (i forgot the name of acharya and the exact mantra?).
Just to clarify that in mantra we refer to Srimati Radharani and then to Krishna.
So Maharaja told that it is authorized.

AS FAR AS I HAVE READ IT IS SAID THAT ALL SAMPRADAYAS WILL UNITE WITH GAUDIYA VAISHNAVA SAMPRADAYA IN SOME TIME OF GOLDEN AGE. MOREOVER, YES THEY ARE ALL BONAFIDE. THEY ARE AUTHORISED BUT HARE KRISHNA MAHAMANTRA CAN BE CHANTED BY UNINITIATED ALSO.
