My question is, as today is Ekadashi, I have Coffee Day companies' toned milk in office. Can I consume that. Kindly guide through please.
Also, due to reasons, I have to order fasting bhoga online, is that ok to do so? Also, use of cumin, tamatar and coriander is allowed. Guide please.

PAMHO.
Toned milk can definitely be had on ekadasi. Even in our houses, we are buying milk, right? How many grihastas can claim to have their own cow and milking their own cow on ekadasi.
Regarding having to order online ekadasi prasadam, please do so.
For both the items, please offer mentally/ to a picture of deities on your phone/ to any photo of deities on your office desk.
Then you can happily partake the remnants of prasadam.
Krsna sees our intent, not our action. He is pleased with your efforts to give up grains on ekadasi, to pelase Him. I understand it may not be possible to fast without any food. That is the reason our sages did tapa and got for us these non grains, so that it is convenient for us to fast.

Eating unoffered and food cooked by non devotee means destroying whatever satva guna you have. Destroying the mood of chanting . People do it but they have to pay cost of it and sometimes their partners pay the price of their mistakes.
