We have to learn by Arjuna who was a great devotee. He could not fight the battel of Kurukshetra. But Lord spoke the transidental message of BG and Arjuna was convencied to fight.

BG speaks about balancing spritual and material life. For a devotee, there is no question of material life because everything he does is ONLY for the pleasure of Guru and Krishna.

All living entities do 4 activities in common - eating, sleeping, mateing and defending. A materialest or a non devotee does these for his sense gratification while a devotee does this for the pleasure of Krishna. That is Krishna consciousness. Because we are devotees of Krishna does not mean we have to give up our duties. Rather we have to perform it in a better way that Krishna is pleased with it. Prabhupad never said to give up all responsiblties and join temple as brahamachari. His vision was to have strong Congration where thousands of them become devotees and make their home into temples.

Shastras say that a Grahasta has to take care of the family and also give away 10-20 % of his earnings in charity. We can do this by donating what ever possible to temple to support the activities there. This is one of the why to get detached from what we do.

and you will surely get the mercy of the holy name and his devotees in time your desires will be fullfilled

but dont give up devotional service just be absorbed in chanting and hearing worshiping and try to preach according

if one is sincerly engaged in bhakti than only our work life is balanced althogether otherwise it is not possible. material life is always subordinate to bhakti but the fruit of material work should not be for our sense gratification but for pleasure of krishna. work in such mood nither affect our bhakti nor the material work, instead if we renounce fruit of our work we can performe our work more nicely being situated in the trancedental platform because our motivation force for our work is our desire to enjoy fruits and if we are successful in removing this mentality that means a trancendental platform. thank u for this service..
