    PAMHO.

    Very good thought - to wake up at brahma muhurta to chant. The trick is:

    What is your normal time of waking up? Suppose it is 7 am. Then for a week to 10 days, wake up at 6.45 am. Prepone by 15 min and become comfortable with new timing. Then prepone by another 15 min, until you reach 4 am.

    To wake up early, one also needs to sleep early. This morning japa is not sustenable if sleep is compromised. YOu have to reset your routine in such a manner that you are able to sleep proportionately early. Once you are getting adequate sleep and able to wake up early, you will yourself feel the energy and be able to maintain this habit for life.

    Get a friend to wake you up every morning. I know we all have alarm clock or phones which can be used as alarm clock, but if someone bothers to call everyday, it makes a difference. That thought itself will make us get up in the morning.

    Eat light dinner. One of the tricks is to eat a very light dinner. Automatically, it is easier to sleep and consequently it is easier to wake up.

    • i used to sleep at 9 and wake up at 3. but somehow or other i have fallen from this practice. Alarm rings and i turn it off and sleep again. All my friends are n-devotees
