1. Because Chaitanya mahaprabhu told us to worship Radha & Krishna not Rukmini Krishna or Other....
2. In Goloka Vrindavan (The Highest Spiritual Planet) only Radha and Krishna are there with their devotees not With Rukmini or other...
3. Goloka is supreme planet then dwarka in spiritual world.
4. Srimati Radha Rani is the eternal servant of Lord Krishna.
5. Srimati Radha Rani is the supreme devotee of all devotees.
6. Rukmini or other Laxmis are the parcial incarnations of Srimati Radha Rani.
and so many other reasons are there. you please study The book Name "Srimati Radha Rani" which is written By His Holiness Mahanidhi Swami Maharaj.....

i never saw any rukmini krishna temple well mostly only radha krishna temple as you are telling this shows that only 2 to 3 temples only.
