Question: Since We Are Eternal, How Can Krishna Be Our Creator?Gurudeva, kindly enlighten me on following two slokas:aham sarvasya prabhavomattah sarvam pravartateiti matva bhajante mambudha bhava-samanvitah"I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who perfectly know this engage in My devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts."na tv evaham jatu nasamna tvam neme janadhipahna caiva na bhavisyamahsarve vayam atah param"Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be."In the first sloka Lord Krishna says He is the source of everything while in the second sloka He says everyone always existed. If everyone existed eternally then how is it that Lord Krishna created us and that He is the source.With deep reverence,Your Servant,Hare KrishnaAnswer: We Are His Eternal Emanations.Since Krishna is our source and we are also eternally existing this means that Krishna is eternally emanating us from Himself.
