After all, life is short. We can die at any time. So the ideal thing is to take fully to Krishna consciousness as quickly as possible to give ourselves the best shot at going back to home, back to Godhead in this very lifetime.Of course if chanting at least 16 rounds every day is not possible in the beginning, rather than not chant at all one may adopt a lesser number and then gradually increase.
