On the Question of Initiation in a bona fide Vaishnava Sampraday

As every year this year too we are organising ISKCON camp at the ancient pilgrimage site of Prayag during the annual Magh mela holy fair. This fair has been held by Vedic followers since the beginning of creation. Caitanya Caritamrita Madhya 18.145-146 mentions Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's attending this fair being invited by a Sanodiya brahmana.
Bathing at the confluence of the Ganges and Yamuna near the fort at Allahabad, Prayaga, is mentioned in revealed scriptures:

This coming February marks the auspicious 11th Anniversary of Vrinda Kunda Temple opening! To celebrate we are organizing special parikramas to the Holy Places of Braja. The culmination will be our famous Kalash Yatra, an ecstatic Sankirtan procession with the ladies carrying water pots with coconuts on their heads. Parikramas will be going out from 14-27 Feb with the main festival day on Sunday 23 Feb. Even after that there will still be some parikramas.
